if you guys dont know who gary fong is it's this guy who makes actions (in photoshop) and products for photographers. i use to admire him because he was asian and sucessful now i just think he's a douchebag.
here's the story this guy on texasphotoforum.com (a great site by the way) thought gary overprices his photoshop actions so he made his own and gave it away for free. now gary might sue for trademark infringement or make him pay 100 dollars everytime that action was downloaded. THE GUY GAVE IT AWAY FOR FREE TO HELP OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS AND YOUR GREEDY ASS WANT TO TAKE MONEY OUT OF HIS POCKETS? your excuse gary?

It sucks, and is dumb, and I have a feeling that particular bit of the copyright code was written by lawyers who giggled themselves to sleep the night it passed.
Don't take this as me disagreeing with your assertion that Gary Fong is a money grubbing bag of yak scrotum. He certainly is, and made most of his money in real estate, rather than photography like he wants you to believe.
